Nolan slept for about 3 hours today, every once in while he'd wake up & look around and it was almost as if he'd purposely go back to sleep hoping life would be normal again when he opened his eyes the next time. He'd look at me and say "Mama" like he knows that is my name, but not what Mama means.
We got out his afternoon for a little while hoping to find some pants that fit him, no such luck with that, but the people here are warm and many people say, "lucky baby." We are also getting some extra looks when people realize the he is a boy.
He's been in the zombie-like state most of today, sitting or even standing very still, but is now playing on the bed. He knows exactly what to do with the play cell phone.
He is having his first taste of american food for dinner- cheese pizza!
We couldn't have asked for a better day. We can only hope bedtime goes as well!
Can't wait for you all to meet our handsome little man!
